Frequently Asked Questions
Quick, clear answers about using Vaulted Growth and our corporate services.
What is Vaulted Growth?
Vaulted Growth is a web-first financial platform, regulated in the Cayman Islands, that combines regulated fiat accounts, institutional-grade crypto custody and tokenized real-estate investments on a single dashboard. Clients can manage multi-currency balances, custody supported digital assets, invest in fractional property tokens and access treasury tools — subject to KYC, AML and jurisdictional eligibility.
We prioritise security (cold storage, multi-sig, audited controls), clear reporting and compliance with Cayman regulations.
How do I create an account?
Sign up via the secure registration page, complete your profile and upload identity and proof-of-address documents for KYC. Corporate applicants provide company formation docs, beneficial-owner information and authorized signatory IDs. After verification you’ll receive access to your Vaulted Growth dashboard.
Turnaround depends on document completeness and jurisdictional checks — our onboarding team will guide you through missing items to accelerate approval.
What is a Vaulted Growth account?
A Vaulted Growth account is a client account capable of holding multi-currency fiat balances and segregated crypto sub-wallets. It includes transaction history, statements, and tools to connect to our treasury, payment and investment products. Access is web-native and secured with multi-factor authentication.
Certain features (card issuance, payments, custody) may be region-limited and require additional agreements.
How do I enable crypto custody on my account?
After onboarding, request crypto services from your dashboard or relationship manager. You’ll complete enhanced KYC, accept custody terms and select the assets you want to hold. We assign segregated sub-wallets and provide withdrawal whitelisting, transfer limits and optional cold-storage or multi-sig controls per asset.
All on-chain operations may incur network fees and require address confirmations; high-value transfers may be subject to manual approval for security.
What are the requirements for a business loan?
Business loan applications require: company registration documents, proof of address, ID for directors/authorized signatories, recent financial statements, bank statements, a clear use-of-funds statement and a business plan or projected cashflows. Credit and collateral requirements vary by product and jurisdiction. Vaulted Growth performs credit and risk assessments, and may request additional documentation or guarantees.
Contact our commercial team for a tailored checklist and indicative timelines for your jurisdiction and product.
How long does an international withdrawal take?
Timing depends on the rail: typical fiat transfers to major banking corridors clear within 1–5 business days once processed. Crypto withdrawals are subject to on-chain confirmation times and network fees; they are processed when required confirmations are met. Large or unusual withdrawals may require additional compliance review and therefore take longer.
You’ll see expected timing and any fees in the withdrawal workflow within your dashboard before confirming.
What is a pending transaction and how is it processed?
A pending transaction is one awaiting final confirmation — for example, internal compliance review, beneficiary confirmation, or on-chain finality. Pending items remain visible in your dashboard with status notes. Once checks are complete, our system updates the status to completed and funds are settled to the beneficiary or on-chain address.
If a transaction requires action from you (e.g., additional documents or confirmation), we surface those instructions directly in the transaction detail view.
How do tokenized real-estate investments work?
We list vetted, income-producing real properties that are fractionalised into digital tokens. Purchasing tokens gives you an ownership share in the underlying asset or fund, entitling you to pro-rata income distributions (rents, profit shares) and potential capital appreciation, subject to fees and terms. Token holdings are visible in your Vault and may include periodic reporting and third-party audits.
Token availability, regulatory structure and investor eligibility depend on the offering — review each offering’s documentation before investing.
